Haldane Staff Appreciation: Day Two!

The Little Plant

"In the heart of a seed,

Buried deep, so deep,

A dear little plant

Lay fast asleep.

'Wake', said the sunshine,

'And creep to the light.'

'Wake', said the voice

Of the rain-drops bright.

The little plant heard

And it rose to see

What a wonderful

Outside world might be."

Today, we continued Staff Appreciation Week by decorating the schools with freshly picked and arranged flowers. (coordinated by the PTA Garden Commitee)

We hope that the Haldane Staff see these arrangements as a symbol of our gratitude. Just like the flower grows toward the sun, our children thrive under your care.
